Quotation are invited for Ds258-E1sewerage, Stormwater Drainage and Recycled Water Systems for Madinat Latifa (Community No. 961) Description: DM- SRPD, considering our core business, aims to provide sewerage, storm drainage and recycled water networks and components services to the area., therefore, DM assigned the current Project to depute a consultant who will carry out all the consultancy activities in favor of achieving all the Projects objectives and goals. The Project Area includes Madinat Latifa area (located in community no. 961) is approximately 2825 hectares comprises 6 Urbain planned phases; phases 1, 2 and 3A are completely planned, but rest of phases still under planning study. The Project is located on the southern portion of Emirates Road close to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The Project scope comprises design of Sewerage, Storm Drainage, and Recycled Water (RW) service systems to serve the said community and the interconnection systems up to the connection points at main DMs existing systems, tendering/awarding process, and construction supervision. In developing the systems scheme, the Consultant must topographically delineate the boundaries of studied areas (in which the Project boundary is located not necessarily the Project Area boundary) and use it in calculating/evaluating the ultimate flows/demanded flows that could be received or discharged in/out of the Projects catchment and construction supervision activities up to the handing over to the end user and closing out the Project and all requirments as mentioned in Tender Documents.
