Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations – Technisch Onderhoudscontract Apron Handling. Brussels Airport Company (Bac) Is Launching A Tender For The Technical Maintenance Contract Of The Apron Handling Assets, In Particular Passenger Boarding Bridges (Pbb), Pre-Conditioned Air (Pca) And 400Hz Installations. The Assignment Includes Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Inspections, Monitoring And Troubleshooting Of These Assets, With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Operational Availability And Maximizing The Lifespan Of The Installations. The Contract Has A Contract Duration Of 5 Years, Extendable Once By 2 Years And Subsequently Extended Once Again By 1 Year. Scope Of The Assignment: • Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of Electromechanical Installations (Including Inspection Rounds). • 24/7 Interventions In The Event Of Disruptions To Ensure Operational Continuity. • Inventory Management Of Spare Parts. • Reporting On Maintenance Activities Carried Out.
