The Program Concerns The Upgrading Of The Regional Defenses In The Alblasserwaard And Vijfheerenlanden (A5h) And Is Part Of The A5h Area Program. The Area Program Includes Water System Measures And Quay Reinforcements. The Achterwaterschap Reinforcement Task (Sub-Section Within Tranche 1) Is Located Along The South Side Of The Achterwaterschap. The Quay Is Located In The Municipality Of Molenlanden And Has A Total Length Of Approximately 3,800 Meters. The Area Adjacent To The Quay Is In Agricultural Use. The Easternmost Part Of The Quay Runs Against The Ammersekade. The Westernmost Part Of The Quay Is Located Against The Donk In Brandwijk. Here Some Houses And Farms Border The Quay. A Raw Specification Has Been Developed Based On The Available Space. For All Quay Sections, The Raised Support Berm On The Ditch Filling (Toe Ditch) Ensures Sufficient Stability. There Are A Number Of Customized Locations In The Quay Route. Caveat: Wsrl Has Acquired Almost, But Not Yet All, The Land Required For The Execution Of This Assignment.
