The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection, Transport And Management Services In The Period From March 1, 2026. The Ordering Party Informs That The Number Of Pharmacy Points May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract. In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Pursuant To The Resolution Of June 25, 2019 Of The Provincial Assembly Łódzkie No. Ix/149/19 Amending The Resolution On The Implementation Of The Waste Management Plan For The Łódź Voivodeship For 2016-2022, Taking Into Account The Years 2023-2028, And The Content Of The Applicable Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Andrespol Commune. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Collect And Manage The Entire Amount Of Municipal Waste Generated In The Areas Indicated In Section 1 Point 1 Real Estate, In Particular: A. Mixed Municipal Waste And Waste Segregation Residues, B. Paper And Cardboard, C. Glass, D. Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Waste, E. Bio-Waste, F. Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, G. Bulky Waste, H. Used Tires, I. Expired Medicines, J. Clothing And Textiles, K. Other, Including Waste Indicated In Detail In Individual Parts Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (The Waste Catalog Is Open) - As Part Of The Provision Of Services, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Only Municipal Waste, The Collection Of Which Constitutes An Activity Subject To Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities In Accordance With Art. 9B Et Seq. Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, L.
