Quotation are invited for Construction of Fencing, Yard Paving and Installation of Caravans for Health Centers in Lahj Governorate (Tuban & Al-Malah) - Gffo Project. CARE International Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit quotations to obtain tender documents from the office at the address below during the organizations working hours (from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) from Sunday to Thursday, for a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Yemeni Riyals per tender. Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following: · An unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of $3,500, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes.(from 28\Jan\2026 to 27\May\2026) The guarantee must be issued by an accredited, official and active bank. · A copy of a valid tax card · A copy of the valid commercial register. · A copy of a valid Zakat card · The price quote must be valid for 6 MONTHS. · The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field. · The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer in separate envelopes as described in the BOQs and tender instructions and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition. · The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars. · The papers for tender can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Thursday 15/01/2026. · If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) by Thursday 15 -01-2026. You will be provided with the responses, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered. · The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Tuesday 27 /01/2026 , no later than 3:00 PM to the organizations office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received. · The envelopes will be opened on Wednesday 28/01/2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their representatives at the organizations headquarters in Aden.
