Due To The Complexity And Size Of The Sub-Projects, External Technical Assistance Is Required For Their Implementation And Monitoring, Until Their Completion And Final Acceptance. The Object Of The Technical Assistance Sub-Project Is The Provision Of Specialized Technical Support Consultant Services, So As To Ensure The Effective Implementation Of The Sub-Projects In Terms Of Time Consistency And Quality And Results In General. The Timely And Correct Implementation Of The Sub-Projects Requires A Series Of Coordinated Management And Monitoring Actions. These Actions Are Requested To Be Supported By The Sty, Who Will Provide Support To The Contracting Authority In Technical/Financial, Organizational, Managerial And Expertise Matters Whenever Required. Specifically, The Sty Will Undertake The Provision Of Technical Support Services, Under The Supervision Of The Contracting Authority, In The Following Categories: - Organization Of The Management / Quality System Of The Overall Project - Monitoring - Support Of The Progress Of The Implementation Of The Sub-Projects - Support Of The Procedures For Receiving The Sub-Projects The Sty Will Support The Tasks Of Managing And Monitoring The Implementation Of The Sub-Projects, By Providing The Appropriate Human Resources And The Necessary Infrastructure And Tools. The Purpose Of The Technical Assistance Sub-Project Is Broken Down Into The Following: - Monitoring The Implementation Of The Sub-Projects, With An Emphasis On Meeting Time And Cost Constraints. - Quality Assurance Of The Functioning Of The Sub-Projects Management System, While Upgrading The Means Of Its Implementation And The Communication Between All Parties Involved. - Ensuring The Quality Of The Deliverables And Products Of The Sub-Projects. - Ensuring The Interconnection And Operational And Technical Interoperability Of The Sub-Projects. - Systematic Utilization Of Human Resources During The Implementation Of The Sub-Projects. - Successful Completion And Ensuring The Results Of The Sub-Projects And The Action In General. The Sty Will Co-Assist The Contracting Authority With The Aim Of Providing It With Full And Continuous Information Regarding The Progress Of The Implementation Of The Main Sub-Project And In Particular: - In Keeping With The Established Schedule Of Administrative Actions And Works. - Speeding Up The Implementation Of Works That Are Delayed. - To Coordinate The Agencies Involved In The Project With The Aim Of Maximizing The Benefits And Speeding Up The Effective Implementation Actions. - In The Timely Identification Of Conditions Required For The Smooth Development Of The Main Sub-Project. - In The Timely Identification Of Problems That May Jeopardize The Implementation Of The Main Sub-Project And In The Timely Submission Of Proposals To Deal With Them. - In The Timely Detection Of Impacts From Non-Compliance With Pre-Planned Actions Or Implementation Schedules And
