Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With: A) Design Documentation, B) Due Diligence, The Principles Of Construction Art, Modern Technical Knowledge, In Accordance With The Applicable Polish Regulations And Standards, In Particular Those Contained In The Construction Law, And Further The Common Standards Of The European Union, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, The Terms Of The Public Procurement And In Accordance With The Arrangements Made With The Ordering Party, Provided That These Arrangements Cannot Go Beyond The Subject Of The Contract And Cannot Be Inconsistent With Principles Of Technical Knowledge Or Construction Art. 6.
