The Assignment Concerns The Conclusion Of An Agreement With A Service Provider Specialized In Measuring Aviation Noise Using High-Quality Measuring Equipment And Associated Software. The Odwh Is Looking For A Contractor For The Supply, Installation And Management Of A Measuring System For Monitoring Aviation Noise In The Following Municipalities: Kaag En Braassem, Katwijk, Leiden, Nieuwkoop, Noordwijk, Oegstgeest, Teylingen And Wassenaar. The Client Intends To Conclude An Agreement With An Initial Term Of 36 Months, With The Option To Extend The Agreement Four Times For 12 Months Each Time. Since The Participating Municipalities In The Current Situation Have Individual Contracts With Different End Dates, Simultaneous Accession To The Joint Contract Is Not Possible. For This Reason, A Phased Inflow Has Been Chosen, With Each Municipality Joining When Its Existing Agreement Expires. After The Initial Term, The Participating Municipalities Decide Individually Whether They Want To Make Use Of The Extension Option. As A Result, The Scope Of The Assignment May Change During The Term. The Estimate Is €130,000 (Excluding Vat) Per Full Year. When The Phased Influx Of The Individual Municipalities Is Taken Into Account, And If All Municipalities Use The Maximum Number Of Extensions, This Amounts To A Maximum Value Of €860,000 For The Entire Assignment.
