Kamppis Sports Center Is Undergoing A Technical And Functional Overhaul Of The Interior, Where Implementation Planning Is Now Being Launched. The Renovation Contractors And Supervision Will Be Tendered Separately At A Later Date. Basement; Technical Space Of The Pool Department - Upper Basement; Swimming Pool Section With Its Own Changing And Washing Facilities - 1St Floor; Entrance, Small Gym And Changing And Washing Facilities Serving Both 1St And 2Nd Floor - 2Nd Floor; Large Gym - 3Rd Floor; Auditorium Of The Large Sports Hall The Building Has An Elevator That Allows Access To All Other Floors Except The 3Rd Floor. The Sports Center Is Mainly Reserved For The Activities Of Sports Clubs And Organizations. The Building Was Completed In 1987. The Interior Arrangements Of The Building Are Mostly Original. Minor Space Changes Have Been Made In The Building And The Purpose Of Use Of Some Spaces Has Changed. The Total Area Of The Current Building Is 13,850 Brm². The Iv Machines Of The Pool Department Are Located In The Iv Machine Room Of The Service Center And In The Heat Distribution Room Located In The Basement And In The Iv Machine Room Located In Connection With It. Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is The Planning Services For The Renovation Of The Kamppi Sports Center. The Overhaul Includes E.G. Renewing Technical Systems And Renovating Swimming Pool Structures. The Project Also Modernizes The Premises, The Mutual Placement Of The Premises And The Purpose Of Use. In Addition, The Dimensioning Will Be Changed And Accessibility Will Be Improved. The Procured Services Include Architectural And Master Design Services, Electrical And Automation Design Services (Sa Design) And Hvac Design Services As Their Own Sub-Areas As Follows:- Sub-Area 1: Architectural And Main Design Services- Sub-Area 2: Electrical And Automation Design Services- Sub-Area 3: Hvac Design Services E.G. About Applying For The Permits Needed For Construction. The Head Designer Is Also Responsible For Acoustic Design. In Addition To The Electrical And Automation Design, The Sa Designer Is Also Responsible For The Design Of The Pool Technology. In Addition To Hvac Design, The Hvac Designer Is Responsible For Cooling Design And, Where Necessary, Also For Pool Technology Design. A More Detailed Description Of The Design-Related Project Can Be Found In The Project Plan Documents Attached To The Request For Tenders. As The Final Result Of The Procurement Procedure, The Procurement Unit Will Select One (1) Service Provider For Each Sub-Area, With Whom It Will Enter Into A Procurement Contract. The Provider Can Offer One (1) Or More Sub-Areas. The Provider Can Be Selected For One (1) Or More Sub-Areas. The Selected Service Providers Must Have The Necessary Tools And Facilities To Organize The Services. The Procurement Unit Does Not Provide Work Space Or Work Tools To Implement The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Procurement Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation, And Does Not Give The Selected Service Provider Exclusive Rights To Provide Services. Any Estimates Of The Need For Services Contained In The Tender Documents Are Based On The Situation At The Time Of Procurement Preparation And May Change During The Contract Period. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit Itself To The Estimates Of Procurement Quantities That May Be Presented In The Tender Documents. The Procurement Unit Orders Services According To Its Needs As Described In The Tender Documents.
