A High-Resolution Icp Mass Spectrometer Has Been In Operation At The Fraunhofer Center For Silicon Photovoltaics Csp Since 2008, Which Was Supplemented By A Triple Quadrupole Icp Mass Spectrometer In 2019. Samples From The Areas Of Photovoltaics And Semiconductors Are Primarily Examined For Their Trace Element Content After Chemical Digestion Or Corresponding Surface Analysis. The Old Device From 2008 Is To Be Replaced By A New High-Resolution Icp Mass Spectrometer.
