Casino Operating Services – Public Service Concession For The Management And Operation Of The Lille Casino. The Purpose Of This Public Service Concession Consists Of The Management And Operation Of The Lille Casino. This Is A Procedure Governed By The Provisions Of The Third Part Of The Public Order Code Relating To Concession Contracts, Articles L.1411-1 Et Seq. Of The General Code Of Territorial Communities (Cgct) And The Amended Decree Of May 14, 2007 Relating To The Regulation Of Games In Casinos. The Overall Forecast Value Of The Concession, Defined In Application Of Article R.3121-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, Is Evaluated, In Current Euros, On The Basis Of Net Turnover Excluding Taxes For The 2023/2024 Season, At 553,000,000.00 Euros For The Duration Of The Contract. The Concessionaire Will Pay An Initial, Amortizable Fee, Corresponding To The Amount Of The Net Book Value As Of April 26, 2027 Of The Goods Made Available By The Granting Authority: This Is Estimated At €14 Million Excluding Tax On The Date Of Publication Of These Regulations.
