Construction Supervision Services – Contracting Of Control And Monitoring Services For The Project To Complete The Dam Works To Supply The San Pedro Manrique Region.T.M. From Oncala (Soria).. In Article 36, Section 5 Of Law 10/2001, Of July 5, Of The National Hydrological Plan, It Is Determined That “Each And Every One Of The Works Included In Annex Ii Are Declared Of General Interest With The Effects Provided For In Articles 44.2 And 119 Of The Water Law And 10 Of The Forced Expropriation Law With Respect To The Public Utility Implicit In The States Work Plans.” In The Aforementioned Annex Ii.- List Of Investments, Structured By Basins, Referring To The Ebro Basin, Includes The “Regulation Of The Linares River”, Which Refers To The Present Action. The Purpose Of The Control And Monitoring Of The Works Contained In The Project Is To Supervise The Correct Execution Of A Reservoir Under The Conditions Established And Sanctioned By Experience In The Field Of Dam Engineering, So That San Pedro Manrique Is Supplied With Surface Water From The Mayor River, Without The Need To Drive The Water, So That The Conduction Is By Gravity, And The Increase In Needs That Currently Occur In This Urban Center Can Be Satisfied. It Is Necessary To Have A Specialized Service Company For The Control And Monitoring Of The Aforementioned Completion Works Of The Dam To Supply The San Pedro Manrique T. M. Region Of Oncala (Soria); Works Contract 09.124-0004/2111, Of Which It Is Complementary, Action Declared Of General Interest Of The State And Included In The Hydrological Plans Of The Ebro Basin Horizons 2010-2015, 2016-2021 And 2022-2027.
