The Focus Of The Solution Is Identity-Driven, Zero Trust Security, Standardized Endpoint Management, And Central Control. The Tenderer Expects To Provide The Following Services With The Content And Quality Specified In The Technical Description: Service Desk (L1–L3) Device Management (Intune/Mdm) Identity And Authorization Management (Ad/Entra) Microsoft 365 Collaboration Support Azure Cloud Operation (Iaas/Paas) Network Operation (Lan/Wi‑Fi) Edge Operation (Ngfw/Ra‑Vpn) Endpoint And E‑Mail Protection Monitoring And Observability Mps (Printer Service) Backup And Dr Incident And Problem Management Change Management And Release Configuration Management / Cmdb Patch And Update Management License And Device Management Supplier And Isp Management Documentation And Knowledge Base Education And User Maturity Project And Transition Services Governance And Compliance Reporting And Service Review Cost Management (Finops) The Project Includes Workstations (Portable Machines) Procured By The Contracting Authority As Part Of A Separate Public Procurement (180 Units) And Monitors (200 Units)) Into The System And Ensuring The Security Of The Data Connection. After The Introduction, The Entire System Will Last For 36 Months (Provided In A Microsoft Azure And On-Prem Environment Operating In A Corporate Environment) Min. 5*9 Hour Operation Within The Framework Of A Monthly Fee, With The Provision Of Specified Sla Levels. The Operation Also Includes The 24/7 Operation Of Wired, Wireless And Data Center Network Devices. During The Operation, The Provision Of 5*9 Hour Helpdesk And Desktop Support Services In A Network And Microsoft Office Infrastructure Environment Is Also Expected. The Order Is Fulfilled Entirely As A Service. The Necessary Tools And Licenses Remain Under The Management And Ownership Of The Bidder, The Customer Is Granted Right Of Use And Full Administrative Access. The Service Provider Is Responsible For Operational Capability, Performing Replacement And Error Repair Tasks, Maintenance, Documentation And Providing Reports.
