Tender For Special Repair Of Bmm To Kalyanpur - Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size material to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening grit to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405. as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.). 2 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 3.00 kg/10 sqm on the prepared bituminous surface Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503..as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.) 3 Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm (Crushed stone chiping 13.2mm @ 0.18 cum./10 sqm. & crushed stone chiping 11.2mm @ 0.09 cum./10 sqm.) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat either Type-C as per technical specification clause 508. By manual means (l) Bitumen(VG-10) @ 14.60 kg. per 10 sqm. as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.) 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C with 6.7mm crushed stone chiping @ 0.09 cum./10 sqm. as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Bitumen(VG-10) @ 6.5 kg. per 10 sqm. as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I (Rates are Excluding G.S.T but Including All Taxes Royalty, Labour cess, Material & T&P.) 5 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per Technical Specification Complete in all aspects or as per direction of E/I .
