UPGRADATION AND PROVIDING OF VARIOUS ITEMS AT PHE GUEST HOUSE NEW PLOT JAMMU, under CAPEX programme-(A) DOORS AND WINDOWS: 1 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below 2 Of area beyond 3 sqm. 3 Providing and Fixing factory made UPVC door frame, made of UPVC extruded sections , of size 65 mm x 55 mm with wall thickness 2.0 mm ( ± 0.2 mm) , corners of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile of Size 28 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 2 mm (±0.2 mm), including providing & fixing 3 nos of 125 mm long stainless steel hinges to the frame, fixing the frame with jamb with required number & size of anchor dash fasteners, all complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/ Casement cum fixed glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, zinc alloy (white powder coated) 3D hinges and one handle on each side of panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear, cylinder with keeps and one side key, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws, etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rodof required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and siliconsealent shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Casement door with top hung ventilator with 3D and S.S. friction hinges (400 x 19 x 1.9 mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 64 mm, sash 67 x 110 mm & mullion 67 x 80 mm all having wall thickness of 2.3 ±. 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of door upto 2.50 sqm) Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window above 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ±0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm). Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed windowabove 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardwares and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rodof required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing& direction of Engineer-in Charge. FENCING Posts and inclined supports fabricated out of ISA(50x50x6)mm a) 14 No x 13 = 182 rft 5 No x 12 = 60 rft total ISA(50x50x6)mm = 242 rft = 74 rmt @ 4.5 Kg / rmt - 332 kgs b) Horizontal braces fabricated out of ISA(40x40x5)mm 3 No x 80 rft = 240 rft = 73 rmt @ 3 Kg / rmt = 219 Kgs P/F of high rib 0.4 mm thick color coated roofing sheets. The job includes P/F of fixtures such as J-hooks with nuts and washers etc 80 x 10 = 800 sft Anchoring blocks for angle iron posts and supports laid in 1:2:4 cement: sand:gravel mix after excavation of trenches Size of block - ( 1.5 x 1.5 x 2 ) Supply and Installation of 02 No 12 V - 150 Ah lead acid batteries and 24V / 1850 VA inverter of reputed make. The job includes thimbles, connectors, copper leads, wiring required for connecting the inverter to main circuit. The job includes providing and fitting of plastic 3 tier trolley for batteries and inverter.
