Road-Repair Works – Modernization Of Roads And Water Supply Networks In Łódź – Framework Agreement. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Construction Works In The Modernization Of Roads And Water Supply Networks In Łódź, Divided Into Tasks: 1) Task 1: Modernization Of Roads In Łódź - Zdit Task. The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement For Task 1 Is To Successively Place Executive Orders For Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Roads In The City Of Łódź. The Scope Of Works Includes The Modernization Of Road Surfaces, Including: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Substructures, Surfaces, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements, Road Greenery, Road Drainage, Teletechnical And Telecommunications Works. Modernization Of The Road Surface Should Be Understood As Activities In Accordance With The Definition Of Renovation Contained In The Act Of July 7, 1994. The Purpose Of Concluding A Framework Agreement For Task 2 Is To Successively Place Executive Orders For Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Water Supply Network In The City Of Łódź Made Of Ductile Iron Pipes With Pe And Cast Iron Connections With Diameters From 100 Mm To 250 Mm. The Above-Mentioned Networks Will Be Implemented Mostly In Trenches And Partly Using Trenchless Technologies. Modernization Of The Water Supply Network Should Be Understood As The Reconstruction, Construction Or Renovation Of This Network - Depending On The Subject Of The Executive Order.
