Tenders are invited for Purchase of Winter Coats Tender for the Purchase of Winter Coats Sustainable Change for Development (SCD) Tender Description: The Sustainable Change for Development Association announces a tender for the purchase of winter coats. The Sustainable Change for Development Association is a Palestinian non-profit organization founded in 2019 by social activists committed to promoting democracy and development in the State of Palestine. The associations interventions aim to enhance mutual understanding and cooperation, with the goal of building a productive and healthy foundation for an effective state. The association is implementing an initiative to meet basic needs by providing winter coats, funded by Islamic Relief UK. The operational mechanisms rely on clear criteria to ensure fairness in distribution to the targeted groups. This introduction serves as a prelude to the request for quotation for supplying the winter coats. Conditions: 1. The offer must be submitted in a sealed and signed envelope. 2. All tender documents must be signed and stamped before submission. 3. The offer must be submitted in Israeli Shekels (ILS). 4. A valid withholding tax certificate must be attached. If unavailable, 10% will be deducted from each tax invoice. 5. Prices must include VAT. 6. The price quotation must be valid for 90 days from the date of sending the Price Confirmation Letter. 7. Prices must include delivery fees. 8. A delivery note must be provided upon receipt of the order. 9. The bidder must fully review all tender documents and verify quantities before filling out the tender form. 10. This tender, with its conditions, is considered part of the contract(s) to be signed with the association. 11. The association reserves the right to cancel or reissue the tender according to its needs without providing reasons. Note: Advertisement costs will be deducted from the winning bidder. The deadline for receiving tenders is Thursday, 06/01/2026, submitted in a sealed and hand-stamped envelope to the associations office in Nablus Al-Makhfiyya, near Mataw Supermarket, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on that day.
