Bids Are Requested For The Renovation Of The Alkula Daycare Center As A Split Contract: The Construction Contract As The Main Contract And The Building Engineering Contracts As Subordinate Subcontracts. The Construction Project Includes Building Engineering Renovation Of The Premises Used By The Alkula Daycare Center At Rossinkatu 3, Restoration Of Sealings, Space Changes And Demolition Work Required For The Work In Accordance With The Contract Calculation Documents. The Building Engineering Renovation Includes The Construction Of Two New Iv Machine Rooms To The First Floor And The Renovation Of The Third, Iv Machine Room Located In The Attic. New Iv Machines Are Placed In The Iv Machine Rooms. The Works Also Include The Construction Of Existing Trunk And Distribution Channels, New Iv Channel Lines And Enclosures, Renewal Of Lighting, Renewal Of Heating Lines And Radiators. Space Changes Include Dismantling Of Existing Partitions, Construction Of New Partitions, Renewal Of False Ceilings Throughout, New Technology Enclosures, Opening Of New Openings And Closing Of Old Ones, Construction Of New Wet Rooms And Drainage, Renewals And Renovations Of Fixed Furniture, Renewal Of Surface Materials. Existing Structures Will Be Compacted Within The Scope Of The Plans. The Thermal Insulation Of The Upper Floor Will Be Renewed.
