For The Rental Apartment Buildings In Vienna In The 1St, 2Nd, 3Rd, 5Th, 8Th, 18Th And 19Th Districts, Which Are Owned By The Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (Pva) And Operated By Its Own Property Management Company, Property Renovations (Mostly Apartments; In Rare Cases Also Business Areas) Are Carried Out Separately By External Companies On An Ongoing Basis, If Necessary, For Renovation, Conversion, Adaptation Or Similar. It Is Now Planned To Use The Dynamic Procurement System (Dbs) To Handle The “Carpentry Work” In Connection With The Respective Property Renovations For The Rental Houses. After The Set-Up Phase Of The Dbs Has Ended, In The Operational Phase (Possible From The 30Th Day After The Set-Up Phase At The Earliest), Those Companies Whose Application For Participation Is Received By The First Opening And Meets The Criteria Will Be Invited To Submit A Needs-Based Offer As Part Of At Least The First Call. The Operational Phase Of The Dbs That Will Then Occur Will Initially Be Limited To January 1St, 2038.
