With The Public Procurement, The Provision Of An Integrated Public Service For Passenger Transport On Main City Bus Lines No. 1, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 36, 37, 44, 66, 93, 99, 113, 116 And 222 Of The Municipal Transport Scheme Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Should Be Organized And Carried Out According To The Current Routes And Timetables Of The Approved Municipal Transport Scheme Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv, For The Relevant Main City Bus Line, Under The Conditions Of This Documentation, And In Accordance With The Current Legislation Governing The Public Transport Of Passengers On Approved Transport Schemes And In Accordance With The Current Local General Rules For The Fulfillment Of The Obligations To Perform The Public Service, Determined By The Local Competent Authority. The Service Will Be Performed Under The Terms Of The Draft Contract, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply The Tariffs Determined By The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv Or The Municipal Council - Plovdiv, Including Transporting The Designated Groups Of Passengers At Preferential Prices, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulatory Requirements And The Local Regulations Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv. The Service Should Be Performed With Vehicles That Comply With The Specified Selection Criteria That Determine The Minimum Eligibility Requirements Set Out In The Notice And Procurement Documents.
