D, Town Of Harmanli; Separate Position No. 2 Engineering (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) For The Implementation Of An Object Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Druzhba Residential Complex, Bl. 5, Entrance And The Entrance. B – Veselie, Town Of Harmanli; Separate Position No. 3 Engineering (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) For The Implementation Of The Project Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building, Dr. Konstantin Stoilov St. No. 15, Harmanli; For Each Of The Specific Positions, The Public Procurement Covers: Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase By Relevant Parts, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulations, Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. The Working Project Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Technical Specifications, The Prepared Ee Survey Report, The Report On The Results Of The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics And The Technical Passport Of The Building, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Technical Specifications. The Investment Project Is Developed According To The Applicable Legislation In The Following Parts: Architecture, Constructions, Energy Efficiency, Electrical, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan. Activity Ii. Implementation Of Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Work Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications. Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut On All Parts Of The Investment Project.
