The Current Public Procurement Includes Two Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of Food Products: The Necessary Characteristics Of The Products/Goods, Subject Of The Public Procurement Under Specific Item No. 1 - Bread And Bakery Products, Meat And Meat Products, Milk And Dairy Products, Chocolate Products And Desserts, Fruits And Vegetables, Spices, Etc. Are Defined In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Separate Position No. 2: Supply Of Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products: The Necessary Characteristics Of The Products/Goods, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Under Separate Item No. 2 – Mineral And Carbonated Waters, Soft Drinks, Alcoholic Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products, Etc. Are Defined In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop. The Specified Types Of Products/Goods For The Two Separate Items Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract (24 Months) And The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Purchase Them In Their Full Assortment, As Well As May Request Additional Ones Beyond Those Described In The Technical Specification - Part Ii Of The Participation Documentation. The Specific Types Of Products/Goods Are Determined Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Within The Framework Of The Financial Security. The Place Of Execution Of The Order And Delivery Of The Products/Goods To The Contracting Authority (Or A Person Authorized By It) Is The Commercial Establishments Of The Contracting Authority, Located In The Village Of Belitsa, Municipality Of Laki, District Of Plovdiv.
