The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From Its Award, With Periodic Deliveries Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Time Is At The Offer Of The Participant In Hours, But Not Longer Than 4 Hours From The Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Procedure Covers 18 Separate Items, Some Of Which Include Sub-Items. Offers Can Be Submitted: - For The Whole Procedure - For One Or More Specific Positions. Entry For A Specific Item Is Complex, And Participants Must Cover All The Sub-Items Contained In That Specific Item. Entrants Who Do Not Cover All Sub-Items In A Specific Position Are Disqualified From Participating In That Specific Position. The Participant Submits Only One Offer, According To The Conditions Specified In The Participation Documentation. The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables Should Meet The Parameters Laid Down In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. Each Participant Must Attach The Following Document To Their Technical Proposal, Which Is An Integral Part Of It: Authorization Letter, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, From The Manufacturing Company Or Its Representative Or An Authorized Person, Issued In The Name Of The Participant, Granting The Participant The Right To Trade In Its Products. When The Letter Of Authorization Is Issued By A Representative Or An Authorized Person Of The Manufacturer, A Document From The Manufacturer Certifying The Representative Authority Of These Persons/Companies Should Also Be Presented. The Participants Should Submit Samples Of The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables, Proving The Compliance Of The Offered Products With The Parameters Laid Down In The Technical Specification. The Samples Must Be Provided In A Sealed Opaque Package, On Which There Must Be The Following Markings: Name Of The Participant, Address For Correspondence, Telephone, If Possible, Fax And E-Mail Address, The Name Of The Order And The Specific Items And Nomenclature Units (Sub-Items) For Which The Samples Are Submitted. The Samples Are Submitted To The Legal Service And Public Procurement Department, Floor 2, Administrative Building Of The Medical Facility, Sofia, 1 Dimitar Mollov Street. In His Offer, The Participant Indicates The Incoming Number With Which The Samples Are Registered In The Clients Office, And When They Are Sent By Post Or Other Courier Service - The Shipment Number.
