The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Balancing Of Certain Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For 3 Sites Of City Transport Dobrich Eood, Connected At Medium And High Voltage Level, Detailed In Tables No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Technical Specification, By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy.
