Detailed Description, Scope And Method Of Execution As Well As Technical Features And Quality Of The Subject Of The Order Related To The Renovation Of The Basement And Attic Of Building No. 1, Located In The Military Complex At Ul. 11 Listopada 3A In Stargard, Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To This Swz, Which Contains An Extract From The Architectural And Construction Design Within The Scope Of The Executed Order, Which Includes Extracts From The Technical Design Of The Following Industries: Architecture, Sanitary, Electrical And General Construction. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made Based On The Above Documents, The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions: Decision No. 16/O/2023 Of October 11, 2023 Approving The Architectural And Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit And Decision No. 1399/2023 Of June 18, 2023 Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments Allowing Conservation And Construction Works To Be Carried Out In Building No. 1 At Ul. 11 Listopada 3 In Stargard, Which Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The West Pomeranian Voivodeship Under Registration Number A-1824 By Decision Of April 29, 2019, Reference Number: Dz.5130.09.2019.Ar, Subject To Legal Protection In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments. To The Extent That In The Annexes To Swz Proper Names Or Other Markings Directly Or Indirectly Indicating A Specific Manufacturer Are Indicated, The Ordering Party Informs That The Names Are Provided Only As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Cost Estimates To Be Submitted With The Offer. If The Contractor Submits Cost Estimates Together With The Offer, They Will Not Be Assessed At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers.
