The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 21 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation With Obtaining The Permit To Commence Works Required By Law (Zrid Decision Or A Building Permit Or Lack Of Objection To The Notification Of Commencement Of Construction Works) And In The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Documentation, As Well As In Carrying Out Authors Supervision Regarding The Construction Of Ul. Podhalańska In Bydgoszcz, To The Extent And Under The Terms Of Contract Performance, Specified In Detail In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 2-1 To The Swz, 3) Template Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 3-1 To The Swz; The Ordering Party Informs That The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Pfu) Was Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Referred To In Art. 100(1) Pzp And Meets The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Architectural Accessibility Specified In Article 4 And Article 6 Point 1 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With These Requirements. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Value Of The Parties Performance To Be No Less Than 90% Of The Contract Value; The Ordering Party Does Not Impose An Absolute Requirement To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Referred To In Art. 131 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Time Preceding The Submission Of The Offer, But Suggests Carrying It Out In The Interest Of The Contractor Without The Participation Of The Ordering Party In Order To Properly Determine The Scope Of Contract Implementation.
