The Subject Of The Order Is The Dismantling Of Existing Water Meters And The Delivery And Installation Of 1,000 Pieces Of Brand New Water Meters With Remote Reading In The Kutno Commune, As Well As The Delivery And Launch Of A Remote Water Meter Reading System Along With The Necessary Equipment, Implementation, Commissioning, User Training And Test Reading. The Complete Remote Water Meter Reading System Will Also Include A Collector Module (Terminal) For Remote Reading Of Water Meter Readings2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Minimum Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Equipment With Parameters Better Than Those Required, Provided That All Minimum Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party Are Met. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, Unused, Unrefurbished And Technically Functional, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Including Third Party Claims And Bailiffs Actions. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party For Any Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Any Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From Infringement Of Intellectual Or Industrial Property Rights, Including Patents, Protection Rights For Trademarks And Registration Rights For Utility And Industrial Models, Remaining In Connection With Placing On The Market In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.2) Draft Contract - Annex 5 To The Swz.3.
