I. Reconstruction Of Teaching Room No. 101 In The Main Building At Oleska 48 Into A Computer Laboratory. Ii. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.Iii. Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Act Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Performing The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated Below, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Apply. Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: - Electrical, Painting, Flooring, Network, Sanitary Works In The Field Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These Persons And The Rights Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract). Iv. Warranty The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 60-Month Warranty For The Subject Of The Order From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. V. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed Within A Maximum Of 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Deadline For Completion Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Previous Sentence Is The Maximum Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order, But Not Shorter Than 80 Calendar Days.
