The Subject Of The Order For This Part Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Agricultural Tractor With Dedicated Accessories, Which Include: - Agricultural Tractor, - Flail Mower, - Multifunction Boom, - Mowing Head, - Branch Cutting Saw, - Branch Chipper. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 And Technical Parameters Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4A To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Swz He Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Solutions A Solution That, In The Case Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Guarantees The Achievement Of The Levels Of Parameters, Functionality And Properties Necessary To Obtain Technical Certifications And Technical Reference Systems, And In The Case Of Providing Standards, The Ordering Party Will Automatically Consider Newer Versions Of The Same Standards That Are Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Equivalent. In The Case Of Functional And Performance Requirements, It Guarantees The Achievement Of The Values ​​Adopted In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Features, Parameters And Properties Indicated Therein. The Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As A Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Draft Contract.
