Note: The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Cover A Wider Scope Of Works Than The One That Is The Subject Of This Procedure. The Order In Question Covers A Separate Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out Under This Order Is Included In The Detailed Design Entitled Stage 1 - S1: 0+000 - 0+150 (Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz - Design Documentation).3. The Road Construction Will Be Carried Out Based On The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment Under The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zrid Act) - Decision Of The Starosta Of Chojnice County Of September 24, 2025, Ref. Ab.670.7.2025.4. Investment Location: Municipal Road Ul. Bajkowa Is Located In The City Of Chojnice, Chojnice Commune, Chojnice Poviat. Bajkowa Street In Its Existing State Is An Access Road In The City Of Chojnice. It Begins At The Intersection With Słoneczne Wzgórze Street, Which Is The Municipal Public Road No. 237223G And Connects With The Provincial Road No. 212 (Bytowska Street). All The Mentioned Roads Have The Status Of Public Roads Within The Meaning Of The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads. 5. During This Stage, Trees And Shrubs Should Be Removed, As Well As Compensatory Plantings (Small-Leaved Linden Trees Or Norway Maple Trees Are Recommended).
