Uniwersytecka 7 - Laying Of A Fiber Optic Installation For Cameras At The Parking Barrier For Students And Launching The Devices. Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Tender Documentation Constituting An Annex To Swz10. Mandatory Local Visition:1) Pursuant To Art. 281 Section 2 Point 12 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Will Carry Out A Site Visit. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Inspected The Area Covered By The Subject Of The Order; The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In The On-Site Inspection At The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Order To Include In The Offer All Necessary Activities, Materials And Devices, Including Those Whose Assembly (Installation) May Be Necessary During The Implementation Of The Agreement. A Site Visit Is Mandatory. Participants Of The On-Site Visit Who Are Willing To Get Acquainted With The Cctv Installation Project Will Be Obliged To Sign Appropriate Documents Resulting From The Disclosure Of Confidential/Critical Information. The Visit Will Take Place On January 8, 2026 At 10:00 - Participants Gather In Front Of The Building Of The Odyseja Student Dormitory, Ul. Śląska 11A, 25-328 Kielce, Then The Participants Of The On-Site Visit Will Go To The Other Buildings Where The Order Will Be Carried Out, I.E. Ujk Student Dormitories And Building A Of The Faculty Of Exact And Natural Sciences Ul. Uniwersytecka 7. The Willingness To Participate In The On-Site Visit Can Be Reported By E-Mail To: Marcin.Kmieciak@Ujk.Edu.Pl Or Artur.Janaszek@Ujk.Edu.Pl;2) Additionally, Each Of The Contractors May Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Willingness To Carry Out A Site Visit, No Later Than One Day Before The Date Of The Visit By E-Mail, If They Cannot Participate In The Visit On The Date Set By The Ordering Party;3) The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Report During The Visit.
