1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Development Of Green Areas In The City Of Żabno, Żabno Commune, Covering Plots Located In The Central Part Of The City And In Areas Adjacent To Public Roads2) The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Construction Of An Irrigation System For Green Areas, Including: • Installation Of Underground Power Lines, • Installation Of Control And Distribution Elements, • Installation Of Irrigation Devices Adapted To The Nature Of Green Areas, • Delivery And Installation Of A Tank Rainwater Retention System And Its Inclusion In The Irrigation System. B) Construction And Reconstruction Of Grass Surfaces, Including: • Preparation Of The Ground For Lawns, • Laying Mole Nets, • Construction Of New Natural Grass Surfaces (Seed), • Restoration Of Existing Grass Areas After Completion Of The Works. Pine Bark. D) Planting Greenery, Including: • Planting Deciduous And Coniferous Trees, • Planting Ornamental Shrubs, • Supplementing Existing Plantings In Green Belts And Representative Areas Of The City. E) Accompanying And Clean-Up Works, Including: • Securing Existing Greenery And Technical Infrastructure For The Duration Of The Works, • Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, • Restoring The Area To A Condition Consistent With The Design Documentation • Cleaning And Impregnation Of Existing Paving Stones. F) Greenery Care In The Period Until December 31, 2027, Starting From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Works, Including In Particular: • Lawn Care, Including Mowing, Watering, Fertilizing And Overseeding, • Tree And Shrub Care, Including Watering, Fertilizing, Shaping, Deadwood Removal And Possible Replacement Of Plants That Have Not Taken Root, • Weeding Discount, Cleaning Of Sidewalks, Snow Removal, Raking Leaves In Autumn, Removal Of Leaves And Grass, Replacement Of Annual Flowers And Cleaning Of Benches • Ongoing Maintenance Of The Aesthetics Of Green Areas Covered By The Order3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz, Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To Swz, Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To Swz, Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Care Of The Planted Greenery For The Period Until December 31, 2027, I.E. For The Entire Duration Of The Care Works. The Guarantee Referred To Above Covers All Plantings Covered By The Order, I.E. Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Lawns And Other Vegetation.5) The Warranty Referred To In Point 4 Covers In Particular The Proper Performance Of Care Activities, Maintaining The Viability Of Plantings And The Possible Replacement Of Plants That Did Not Take Root Or Died During The Warranty Period.
