4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of Lighting In The Commune Office For Plot No. 556/1, 566 Buildings. Masłowice (No. 0014).4.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular: Replacement Of Electrical Installations Consisting In The Dismantling Of Existing Installations And The Installation Of New Internal Electrical Installations: I.E. Lighting, Plug Sockets, Power Supply For Individual Devices, Logical Devices, Power Supply System, Pwp Installation And External Installations.4.4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4.1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 1) And Stwiorb.
