Scope Of Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Window Joinery: A) Disassembly Of Contracting Elements (Air Conditioning And Sswin) For Reassembly, B) Removal Of Plaster Jambs Up To 30 Cm Wide, C) Dismantling Of Aluminum Windows (Without Dismantling Internal And External Sills), D) Dismantling Of Pvc Windows With Disposal (Without Dismantling Internal Sills) And External), E) Disassembly And Disposal Of Internal Fabric Roller Blinds, F) Protection Of Structural And Finishing Elements, G) Rearrangement Of Office Furniture That Makes Window Replacement Difficult, H) Protection Of Furniture And Equipment; 2) Delivery And Installation Of 389 Pieces Of Pvc Windows, With Parameters Given In The List Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; 3) Plastering Of Door Frames After Installation Of Windows From The Inside: A) Plastering Of The Frames, B) Installation Corners, C) Applying Plaster, Preparing The Surface For Painting, Painting In Gray (From The Corner To The Corner Of The Wall With The Window Opening); 4) Making Repairs Including Filling In The Gaps On The External Jambs And Painting The Jambs In A Color Similar To The Existing One; 5) Sealing And Installing Strips Masking The Connections Of The Window Sills With The Window Frame; 6) Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of 442 Internal Fabric Roller Blinds, With The Parameters Given In The Summary Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement; 7) Assembly Of Previously Dismantled Contractors; 8) Performance By The Contractor Of All Works That Are Directly And Indirectly Related To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement And The Removal Of Defects, Including Temporary Works, Including, Among Others: Temporary Security, Securing The Construction Site, Preparatory Work. 9) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
