The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Municipal Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface As A Connector Between Grzybowa Street (Municipal Road Dg 380503S Class D1/2) And Magnolii Street (Municipal Road Dg 380504S Class D1/2, Approx. 110 M Long, 5.0 M Wide (Kr2), 2) Construction Of A Dn 315 Mm Rainwater Drainage System - 54M And Dn 200Mm - 16M,3) Construction Of Lighting - Construction Of Lighting Poles L1-L5,4) Construction Of A 101M Long Service Channel,5) Construction Of Temporary And Permanent Markings,6) Preparation And Submission Of The Necessary Documents To Report The Completion Of Construction To The District Construction Supervision Inspector,7) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions,8) Preparation Of A Post-Construction Surveying Inventory Completed Objects And Placing Them On A Map In Geodetic Resources While Maintaining The Correct Topology Of The Objects,9) Preparing A List Of Completed Elements By A Surveyor,10) Ordering Industry Supervision;11) Preparing An As-Built Cost Estimate Divided Into Road And Sewage Works And Lighting,3. In The Event Of Damage To The Drainage During Construction Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Report It And Repair/Reconstruct It, As Agreed By Zakład Inżynierii Miejskiej Sp. Z O. O. In Mikołów Of July 16, 2024. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Notification To The Water And Sewage Network Operation Department. .7 Days Before The Planned Commencement Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Storm Sewage System.4. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Site Visit And Clarify Any Doubts Regarding The Swz And Documentation At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure.5. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
