The Subject Of The Order Is: Current Maintenance And Renovation Of Municipal Roads In The City And Commune Of Olkusz In 2026. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A. Repair Of The Surface With Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures. Approx. 5 Cm; The Thickness Of The Asphalt Layer To Be Built Should Be Adjusted To The Thickness Of The Existing Bituminous Layers, And Possibly In The Remaining Areas Below The Bituminous Layers, Leveling With Aggregate Should Be Performed, I.E. Filling In The Gaps In The Crushed Stone Base; B. Repairing The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit, Pothole Depth 1.5 - 3 Cm; C. Repairing The Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Grit - Rakowiny; D. Repair Of Sidewalk Surfaces - Elimination Of Defects, Sinkholes, Deformations Of Various Surfaces (Concrete Cubes, Granite Cubes, Concrete Tiles, Stone) And Replacement Of Damaged Elements; E. Replacement Of Curbs And Concrete Edges; F. Repair And Regulation Of Sewage Facilities In The Road; G. Accompanying Works;H. Detailed Types Of Works Covered By The Order And Estimated Quantities Are Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Quantities Of Works Covered By The Order Are Indicative (Expected) And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Type And Scope Of Works On Individual Roads And The Date Of Their Completion Will Be Agreed Each Time When The Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Draw Up A Report On The Inspection And Typing Of Works, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Implementing The Notifications No Later Than 3 Days From The Date Of Notification.J. To Accept Works Related To Partial Renovation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Number All Patches On The Road In Accordance With The Numbering In The Typing Protocol (In The Case Of A Very Large Number Of Patches - More Than 20 On A Given Road, This Patch May Be Numbered Every 10Th).K. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Tour The Roads Covered By The Contract (With His Own Vehicle) Together With The Ordering Partys Representative On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party Without Additional Remuneration. A Report On The Inspection And Typing Of Works Will Be Prepared During The Tour, Specifying The Scope And Deadline For Completion, But The Commencement Of The Works Specified In The Report Is To Take Place Within 3 Days From The Date Of Preparation Of The Typing Report. In Cases That Pose A Threat To Traffic Safety, After Being Notified By Telephone By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Secure The Place Of Danger By Marking, Barriers, Covering And Lighting Within Up To 1 Hour. From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Threat Will Be Removed To The Extent And Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party In The Work Selection Report Written Immediately After The Protection; But No Later Than 2 Days From The Date Of Securing. M. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order For No Less Than 12 Months From The
