The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline, Complete Design (Technical) Documentation For The Investment Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building For The Purpose Of Establishing A Care And Treatment Facility For The Dr. Józef Bednarz Provincial Mental Health Hospital In Świecie. The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of The Order Divided Into: 1) Phase I Documentation Includes The Development, Completion And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of Full Technical And Executive Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works, Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law, Technical Standards And The Ordering Partys Guidelines; 2) Phase Ii Authors Supervision Includes The Exercise Of Authors Supervision During Future Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 20 Acts Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law And The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Consisting Of Substantive Support For The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Creating The Swz And The Appearance Of The Contractors Representative At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Or The Future Construction Site In Order To Remove/Explain Any Defects Or Doubts Related To The Prepared Documentation.
