The Order Covers Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Part Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Głosnik, Plot No. 504/107, K.M. 5, 1182/120, 1183/120, K.M. 2, Registration Unit: 161001_5 Biała-Rural Area, Registration District: 0049 Connector, In The Scope Of: 1) Extension Of The Building In The Ground Floor Part From The North-West Side; 2) Transformation Of Part Of The Corridor And Some Rooms For Other Functions Through The Necessary Demolition Of Internal And External Walls, Bricking Up Fragments Of Walls, Reconstruction Of Internal Partition Walls 3) Demolition Of The Existing Staircase In The Middle Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Building And Creating A Room In Its Place 4) Replacement Of Windows And Doors For Rooms Included In The Scope Of Development And Construction Of New Window Joinery For The Created Multimedia Reading Room And Doors For Some Rooms, 5) Separation Of A Fire Zone On The Ground Floor Using Rei 60 Brick Walls And Ei 60 Window And Ei 30 Door Joinery, 6) Installation Of Emergency Evacuation Lighting In The Ground Floor Part Of The Building, 7) Execution Fire Protection Main Power Switch, 8) Installation Of A Lightning Protection System In The Ground Floor Part Covered By The Extension, 9) Replacement Of Internal Lighting With Led Lighting And Installation Of Plug Sockets In The Ground Floor Part Covered By The Reconstruction And Extension, 10) Reconstruction Of The Necessary Sanitary Installation In The Scope Of Central Heating And Ventilation, 11) Dismantling Conflicting And Inactive Water And Sewage Installations, 12) Replacing The Concrete Surface With A Geogrid (On Exterior Of The School Building) 2. Building Permit No. 313 Of November 18, 2024 Was Issued For The Above Works. (Reference Number: Ab.6740.1.58.2024). 3. Attention! Due To The Fact That The Building Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is An Active Educational Institution: 1) At Least In The Second Semester Of The School Year, The Contractor Is Obliged To Separate Part Of The Construction Area In The School Building With Partition Walls According To The Lines Indicated In The Attached Drawing (To Maintain The Safety Of Students And School Employees And Order In The Remaining Part Of The Building), 2) Pay Special Attention To The Area Around The School And The Construction Materials And Equipment Collected There, 3) Works Related To The Increase In Noise (Especially Demolition) Should Be Carried Out Outside Working Hours Classrooms, 4) Establish A Detailed Work Schedule And Access To The Building With The Ordering Party And The Director Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Lianik, In Particular Inform In Advance Of Any Interruptions In Electricity Or Water Supply; Include The Date Of Exams For 8Th Graders On May 11-13.
