The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Hotel And Restaurant Services For The Purposes Of Training, Conferences And Meetings Organized For Arimr Employees In Training Centers, Which May Include In Particular The Following Types Of Benefits: Providing Accommodation And Meals To Training Participants, Providing Conference Rooms With Equipment, Coffee Service And An Event Room, As Well As Transport, Carried Out Through The Successive Rental Of A Center Located Up To 100 Km From The Place Indicated In The Contract As The Correspondence Address Of The Ordering Party (Including Distance In A Straight Line From The Ordering Partys Office Located In Warsaw At Ul. Poleczki 33 To The Entrance To The Center Building According To The Information Contained In Google Maps), Excluding Centers Located Within The Administrative Borders Of Warsaw And Centers Offered By Contractors With Whom The Ordering Party Has Already Signed Contracts For The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services, Including The Provision Of Training, Meetings And Meetings Involving The Stay Of Arimr Employees In The Training Center, I.E. Falenty Biznes And Recreation, Al. Hrabska 4B, 05-090 Falenty, Hotel Panorama *** Ul. Tarczyńska 109A, 96-320 Mszczonów. The Ordering Party Decided To Exclude The Possibility Of Offering The Above-Mentioned Centers Due To The Fact That It Provides For The Possibility Of Organizing More Than One Training At The Same Time, So Organizing E.G. Two Or Three Trainings At The Same Time And In The Same Center Would Not Be Possible.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The P.U., Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.3. Orders May Be Processed Until The Total Amount Of Remuneration Is Exhausted, Which Will Be Indicated In § 3 Section. 1 Of The Labor Law, I.E. Up To The Amount Of Pln 800,000.00 Gross, But No Longer Than From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 31, 2026.
