The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Mixed Municipal Waste From The Premises Of The Municipal Market At Targowa Street In Starachowice, The Municipal Market Hall Galeria Skałka At Aleja Armii Krajowej 28 In Starachowice And The Entrepreneurship Center At Ul. Zgodna 2 In Starachowice. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference. Note! The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Installations, Including Municipal Installations, To Which It Will Transfer Waste Collected From The Premises Of The Municipal Market At Targowa Street In Starachowice, The Municipal Market Hall Galeria Skałka At Aleja Armii Krajowej 28 In Starachowice And The Entrepreneurship Center Ul. Zgodna 2 In Starachowice, In Accordance With Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Whether The Selected Contractor Is Prepared To Complete The Order Within The Period Specified In The Draft Contract. Note! Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present Documents Confirming That He Has Met The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Task, Including: A) Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities (Rdr), B) Entry In The Bdo, C) Waste Collection Permit, Waste Processing Permit, D) Permission To Transport Waste Or Entry In The Register (In Accordance With The Waste Act), E) Copies Of Contracts/Agreements With Installations For The Processing, Recovery, Neutralization And Storage Of Municipal Waste. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing Specified Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Operating Municipal Vehicles Adapted To Collect Municipal Waste And Transport It To The Place Of Storage, Management Or Disposal.
