The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Construction Of An Outdoor Stage Building Along With Land Development On Plots No. 2944, 2945, 3133 At The Municipal And Municipal Cultural Center In Solec Nad Wisłą. A Building Was Designed Consisting Of Two Above-Ground Floors (Ground Floor And First Floor) Intended For Outdoor Events. On The Eastern Side Of The Building, There Is An Outdoor Stage And An Auditorium. The Usable Area Of ​​The Building Is 418.03 M2. The Building Was Designed Taking Into Account The Needs Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs And The Elderly. The Investment Includes The Construction Of: - An Outdoor Stage Building With Infrastructure, - Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, - Accesses And Pedestrian Routes, - An Amphitheater Auditorium. The Design Documentation Also Includes The Modernization Of The Playground, Renovation Of The Fence, Development Of Green Areas And A Viewing Point - These Elements Outside The Immediate Perimeter Of The Building Will Be Implemented In Subsequent Stages. Structural Layout: A Two-Story Building Was Designed, Without A Basement, With A Traditional Brick Structure With A Plan Similar To A Rectangle. Covered With A Gable Roof With A Wooden Structure, Covered With Sheet Metal. The Dimensions Of The Building In The Ground Floor Plan Are 13.84 M X 23.28 M. The Building Is Founded On Native Soil Through A System Of Footings And Foundation Stupas. A Building With A Mixed Wall System, With Mixed External Walls Around The Perimeter, Additionally Supplemented With Walls And Columns Inside The Building.
