Nieużywane Przed Dniem Dostarczenia I Muszą Pochodzić Z Oficjalnych Kanałów Dystrybucyjnych Producenta, Zapewniających W Szczególności Realizację Uprawnień Gwarancyjnych. Zakupy I Dostawy Urządzeń Będą Odbywały Się Sukcesywnie Po Zgłoszeniu Zamawiającego Gotowości Do Zakupu. Zamawiający Będzie Dokonywał Zakupów Urządzeń Określonych W Niniejszym Zamówieniu W Miarę Swoich Potrzeb I Możliwości. Wykonawca Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Devices Each Time To The Following Address: Czermin Commune Office, 63-304 Czermin 47 (As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Unload And Bring The Devices Into The Meeting Room Located On The Ground Floor Of The Office Building). In Order To Settle The Deliveries Made, A Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared Each Time For The Completed Delivery, Which Will Be The Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice. Do 14 Dni Od Dnia Dokonania Zgłoszenia Przez Zamawiającego, Z Wyjątkiem Serwerów Dla Których Wymagany Termin Dostawy Wynosi Do 35 Dni. Zgłoszenia O Gotowości Zakupu Będą Przekazywane Na Adres E-Mail Wykonawcy Wskazany W Formularzu Ofertowym. Zamawiający Zastrzega Sobie Możliwość Dokonania Zakupu Wszystkich Urządzeń Jednorazowo, Wówczas Termin Dostawy Może Zostać Wydłużony Do 35 Dni Od Dnia Zgłoszenia Gotowości Do Zakupów. Zamawiający Wymaga Aby Urządzenia Z Każdorazowej Dostawy Zostały Oznaczone Numerem Porządkowym W Celu Łatwiejszego Ich Zweryfikowania.
