1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Implementation, Delivery, Launch And Commissioning Of A Vr Didactic Application For Learning How To Connect (Coupling) An Agricultural Tractor With An Agricultural Machine In Workshop And Training Conditions, Along With The Delivery Of The Required Hardware And Network Infrastructure As Well As Documentation And Training (Hereinafter Referred To As The Simulator).2. As Part Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Closely Cooperate With The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Order At The Design Stage, Present Detailed Solutions And Take Into Account All The Ordering Partys Comments And Suggestions, 2) Design And Build The Simulator, 3) Deliver The Simulator With The Required Hardware And Network Infrastructure And The Necessary Documentation, 4) Install The Simulator Covered By The Contract In The Place Designated In Accordance With The Arrangements Made By The Parties (In The Case Of Devices, Components That Require It), 5) Conducting Training Of At Least 6 Hours For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party Regarding The Functioning And Operation Of The Simulator, 6) Carrying Out Technological Commissioning, With The Participation Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party, Trained By The Contractor, 7) Providing Technical Support Necessary For The Operation Of The Simulator Covered By The Contract During The Warranty Period For Defects.3. The Subject Of This Order Is Co-Financed By The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. 4.Szczegółowy Zakres Zamówienia Określają: Załącznik Nr 1 (Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia) Oraz Załącznik Nr 5 (Istotne Postanowienia Umowy).
