Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Commune Of Odolanów Grant Project, As Part Of The Task Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Local Government Of The Commune And City Of Odolanów, Which Is Implemented As Part Of The Project European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services Measure 2.2. - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23. The Order Concerns The Comprehensive And Comprehensive Delivery Of An It Solution To Improve Cybersecurity. As Part Of This Solution, An It Solution Will Be Provided In The Form Of Managed Network Devices, Mail Server Software, Physical Server, Server Operating Systems And Security Software, Emergency Power Supply And A Solution Ensuring Secure Wi-Fi. As Part Of The Order, Specialist Training In The Scope Of Delivered And Implemented It Solutions Will Also Be Carried Out. As Part Of The Grant Project, The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out: 1/ Implementation Of Information Security Policies (Isms) In The Local Government Unit; 2/ Implementation Of Cybersecurity Risk Management Measures In The Local Government Unit; 3/ Implementation In The Local Government Unit Of Mechanisms And Measures Increasing Resistance To Cyber Attacks; 4/ Increasing The Level Of Knowledge And Competences Of The Local Government Staff Who Are Key From The Point Of View Of The Isms Implemented In The Office; 5/ Carrying Out Isms Audits In The Local Government Unit Confirming That A Higher Level Of Resistance To Cyber Threats Has Been Achieved. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Solution Consisting Of: 1. Managed Network Devices - 4 Pcs. Switch Type 1 And 1 Pc. Switch Type 22. Mail Server Software - 1 Pc.3. Physical Servers - 1 Pc. Server 4. Server Operating Systems And Security Software5. Emergency Power Supply - 1 Set. 6. Secure Wifi - 10 Pcs. Managed Wifi Devices Compatible With Firewall7. Specialized Training2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 9, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.3. The Adopted Types Of Materials And Equipment (Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9) Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Entitled To Present In Its Offer Equivalent Materials And Devices With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Should Define Their Parameters In Order To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions, According To Their Definition, Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards No Worse Than The Products Given As An Example.
