The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services For The Nadarzyn Commune Office In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns (Letter Items And Postal Parcels), In Domestic Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Abroad In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1) The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 366, As Amended) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2019, Item 474);2) International Postal Regulations: Universal Postal Convention, Regulations Regarding Postal Parcels; Regulations Of Letter Mail - In The Case Of Postal Services In Foreign Traffic,3) Internal Regulations Of The Contractor Issued On The Basis Of Applicable Legal Provisions, Unless These Regulations Are Inconsistent With The Provisions Of The Contract.2. In The Event Of A Change In Applicable Regulations, The Contractor Will Provide Services In Accordance With The Current Legal Status On The Date Of Service Provision.3. By Letter Items Covered By The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Understands: 1) Ordinary Economic - An Unregistered Item That Is Not The Fastest Category, 2) Ordinary Priority - An Unregistered Item Of The Fastest Category, 3) Registered Economic - A Registered Item That Is A Letter Item, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Protects It Against Loss, Loss Of Contents Or Damage, 4) Registered Priority - A Registered Item Of The Fastest Category That Is A Shipment Letter, Transported And Delivered In A Way That Protects It Against Loss, Loss Of Contents Or Damage, 5) Registered Mail With Return Receipt (Zpo) - Letter Shipment Accepted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered Against Acknowledgment Of Receipt, 6) Registered Priority Mail With Return Receipt (Zpo) - The Fastest Category Shipment Accepted Against Confirmation Of Posting And Delivered Against Receipt, 7) Shipments Timely Postal In Terms Of The Effects Of Sending The Letter (Delivery Power) Requiring Sending To The Designated Operator; 8) Other Parcels According To The Prices Resulting From The Contractors Currently Applicable Price List, - And Their Possible Returns, Which Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 366, 820) And Implementing Acts Issued Thereunder Basis, And In The Case Of A Postal Service In Cross-Border Traffic - In Accordance With International Postal Regulations And Applicable Regulations Regarding The Provision Of The Service In Question.4.
