1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Together With The Analysis And Changes To Decisions On Development Conditions In 2026, Referred To In Art. 4 Section 2 Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) In The Scope Of: Preparing Draft Decisions On Development Conditions Referred To In Art. 4 Section 2 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Hereinafter Referred To As Wz Decisions, And Preparing Draft Decisions Amending The Issued Decisions Referred To In Art. 4 Section 2 Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As Decisions On The Amendment Of The Wz, In The Scope Of: 1) Single-Family Housing Construction With Technical Infrastructure, 2) Detached, No More Than Two-Story Single-Family Residential Buildings With A Building Area Of Up To 70 M2, The Catchment Area Of Which Is Entirely On The Plot Or Plots On Which They Were Designed, And The Construction Is Carried Out In Order To Meet The Investors Own Housing Needs - For The Completion Of Which He Will Have A Maximum Of 3 Working Days, 3) Multi-Family Housing Construction With Technical Infrastructure, 4) Reconstruction, Superstructure, Extension Of Residential Buildings, 5) Changes In The Use Of Residential Premises For Service Purposes, 6) Farm Buildings, 7) Farm Buildings, Sheds, Garages, Individual Recreation Buildings, 8) Small Architecture 9) Structures, 10) Temporary Construction Facilities For The Area In The Turek Commune, Whereas Decisions And Decisions To Change The Wz Are Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Decisions And Individually As Decisions. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With An Urban Planning Analysis For Each Decision, Hereinafter Individually Referred To As Analysis And Collectively As Analyses. 2. The Estimated Number Of Decisions To Be Made Under This Agreement Is 1,000 Decisions, Including The Decision To Change The Wz, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Order The Implementation Of A Minimum Quantity Of 400 Decisions, Including The Decision To Change The Wz. This Declaration Does Not Apply To The Event Of Withdrawal From The Contract Or Termination Of The Contract Or Its Termination For Any Reason Before The Expiry Of The Period For Which It Was Concluded.3. Draft Decisions And Their Amendments Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And Taking Into Account The Decisions Issued So Far, Including The Indication In The Draft Decision Of The Entities Referred To In Art. 53 Sections 4 And 5E Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act.
