1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Power Generator Intended For Mobile Use, Used For Emergency Power Supply Of The Ordering Partys Devices And Facilities. The Generator Can Be Built On A Transport Trailer Or Delivered As A Separate Generating Set, Together With A Transport Trailer Adapted To Transport It. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Procurement Is Specified In The Procurement Documents, Including: Specification Of The Terms Of Reference (Swz) Prepared In The Course Of The Procedure And Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Procurement (Opz). The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet.
