3.1. Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Repairs, Inspections And Supply Of Spare Parts For Forest Machines Such As Harvesters And Forwarders. The Order Includes The Supply Of Spare Parts And Repairs And Inspections Of Forest Machines Such As Harvesters And Forwarders Owned By The Skrewlno Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Repair Of Machines Of The Type: Harvester Ponsse Ergo 6W, Year Of Production 2014 - Pcs. 1 Forwarder Ponsse Elk 6W, Year Production 2014 - 12 Pieces. Repair And Inspection Services Will Be Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Specified Rules:  Failures Of Forest Machines Will Be Reported Immediately After Their Occurrence. Each Ordered Repair Will Involve Restoring The Subject Of The Order To Full Technical Efficiency By Replacing Or Repairing Damaged Elements.  The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Based On: • The Rate Per Man-Hour Presented In The Offer, • The Travel Rate Presented In The Offer (Lump Sum For Both Directions - The Contractors Headquarters - The Area Of The Skrewlno Forest District - The Contractors Headquarters).3. The Detailed Scope Of The Repair And All Activities Performed By The Contractor Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party, In Particular In Terms Of The Number Of Man-Hours, The Contractor Must Ensure The Execution Of Repairs Resulting From Damage And The Specificity And Technology Of The Ordered Repair, Taking Into Account The Construction Of The Machines. Subject Of The Order.4. The Forest District Will Pay For The Repairs Actually Performed (Not For The Plants Availability). This Order Covers The Removal Of Failures Resulting From The Operation Of Machines, Therefore It Is Not Possible To Precisely Determine Their Frequency And Type Of Damage. 5. The Estimated Scope Of Repair Will Include The Following Elements Of Machines And Their Systems - 10 Hours. Rbg. Repair Of The Braking System - 10 Hrs. Repair Of The Engine And Its Accessories - 16 Hrs. Repair Of The Fuel And Air Supply System - 10 Hrs. Repair Of The Power Transmission System - 16 Hrs. Repair Of The Suspension - 13 Hrs. Air Conditioning Repair - 5 Hours. Painting And Bodywork Repair - 5 Hours. Hydraulic System Repair - 32 Hours. Cutting Head Repair - 22 Hours. Total: 153 Man-Hours.6. The Expected Total Number Of Ordered Repairs Is 11, The Expected Total Number Of Ordered Man-Hours Is 153 (Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract For Two Machines In Total Or Realizing The Contract Amount). The Actual Number Of Orders (I.E. Number Of Breakdowns, Current Repairs) Will Depend On The Ordering Partys Needs, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Actual Number Of Repairs Is Lower Than The Value Assumed For Calculating The Value Of The Subject Of The Order. 7.
