1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of An Ict System Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 3 Of The Act Of February 17, 2005 On The Computerization Of The Activities Of Entities Performing Public Tasks (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 57, As Amended) For The Purposes Of Conducting State Driving License Examinations. 2. The Provided System Must Be Integrated With The Ict System Supporting The Central Driver Register, And Until The Central Driver Register Is Launched, With Each Ict System Referred To In Art. 16A Of The Act Of January 5, 2011 On Vehicle Drivers (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1226, As Amended) Using The Technical Infrastructure At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Including Implementation, Installation, Configuration And Maintenance During The Term Of The Contract And The Services Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Technical Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party May Be Adapted To The Minimum Technical Requirements Based On The Contractors Recommendations.3. The Ict System Must Be Fully Functional, I.E. Ensure The Uninterrupted Implementation Of Public Tasks, Which Consist In Administrative Services And Conducting Theoretical And Practical State Examinations For Driving Licenses. 4. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Complete Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Take Place No Later Than January 30, 2026. Excluding: A. Stw Functionalities That Are Defined As Important Requirements That Must Be Delivered No Later Than 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Implementation. B. The Period Of The Granted License, Which Will Be Implemented Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, C. The Contractor Will Constantly Maintain The System In Full Functionality Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, D. Provision Of The Network Service During The Duration Of The Contract, Provided That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Launch A Fully Functional Stw In The Contractors Test Environment In The Scope Of Functionalities Specified In The Swz As Very Important No Later Than January 27, 2026. And Conducting Positive Acceptance Tests With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, Which Will Verify At Least The Correct Operation Of The Functionalities Of The Theoretical Exam And Downloading And Updating The Electronic Candidate Profile Pkk And Pkz In The Test System Of The Supplier Supporting Pkk And Pkz, Both In This System, I.E. Si Driver, And In Any Other System That Will Support Pkk And Pkz, Including Cek. Acceptance Tests Are Required Only If The Stw Has Not Yet Been Used In Production In The Provincial Road Traffic Centers.5. The Description Of The Technical Requirements That Are The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
