1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Security Services For Persons And Property In Relation To The Area (Area) Located At Ul. Kolejowa 2 In Plewiska (Komorniki Commune Near Poznań), Which Is One Of The Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party. 2. The Security Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Require Performance Through: 1) Direct Physical Protection Performed Through The Constant Presence (Guard, Supervision) Of A Security Employee/Employees In The Area Referred To In Section 1 And 2 Above (Guard Protection) On All Days Of The Week From 15.00 To 7.00 The Next Day, Subject To The Additional Provisions Of Section 4 Below, Regarding The Days Indicated Therein; 2) Monitoring 24 Hours A Day (All Days Of The Week) Of Alarm Signals Coming From The Protection Area Referred To In Section 2 Above (Monitoring Of The Local Alarm System), Subject To The Additional Provisions Of Section 5 Below. 3. In The Case Of Saturdays And Public Holidays, As Well As Additional Days Off From Work At The Ordering Party, The Guard Protection Referred To In Section 3 Point 1) Above Is Required 24 Hours A Day On The Indicated Days.4. The Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services Related To The Monitoring Referred To In Section 3 Point 2) Above, I.E.: 1) Technical Security Services, In Particular The Activation In The Protection Area Referred To In Section 1 And 2 Above The Appropriate Electronic System For Transmitting And Receiving Alarm Signals (Local Alarm System - Abbreviated As Lsa), As Well As Maintaining The Efficiency Of The System So Activated (Including Through Its Ongoing Maintenance And Repairs); 2) Performing Ad Hoc (Intervention) Physical Protection By Maintaining 24/7 Readiness For Immediate Dispatch To The Protection Area Referred To In Section 1 And 2 Above Qualified Security Personnel (Patrol Or Intervention Patrols) And, As Part Of The Indicated Readiness, Sending - In Response To A Call/Signal About A Threat To Persons Or Property In This Area - An Intervention Patrol/Patrols And, If Necessary, The Intervention Patrol/Patrols Will Provide The Necessary Physical Protection Or Other Types Of Security For Persons Or Property.5.
